Before discovering what's new in version 6.6, we would like to take advantage of this release note to remind you that the new design of the Data section of your processing is now available.
This new section has not only been redesigned and reworked from an ergonomic point of view, but also benefits from significant functional improvements offering much more flexibility in the management of your processing data.
To discover this new version of the Data page, go to your processing and access the Data section from your navigation menu.
You have the option of activating the new version of the page for the processing you are working on.

Are you now convinced by this new version?
You can ask your CSM to activate it for all your processing. You will then benefit from the new version of the Data page for all your processing on a systematic basis.

No problem, we'll give you time to discover this important update. The old version will be available until the end of September 2024, when all our customers will switch to this new interface.
Actions Module
Following on from the latest updates, new features are available to discover in our Actions module: New Kanban View, bulk operations on your actions and integration of the new actions module with the PIA and your accountability.
We will continue to enhance this module in the coming weeks, notably with the arrival of action plan management. Stay tuned!
Kanban View
From the list of actions, you now have 2 views available:
- the view in list format of the actions of your entity as you already know it.

*New*Our new view in Kanban format
These views will soon be available over a multi-entity perimeter
By selecting the Kanban view, your actions will be distributed on your screen according to their progress status.
Each action can be moved from one status to another in your Kanban view by dragging and dropping it in the desired area.
Your business views and the filters you apply remain available in this new view.
By clicking on an action, it will open in a separate window and you will be able to consult and update it.
Bulk operations on Action module
Do you want to perform an operation on a set of actions?
With this new version, we allow you to:
- Delete n actions
- Change the status of n actions (Change status)
- Change the Managers or Observers of n actions
- Change the deadline and Estimated time
- Change the priority and impact
- Change the categories
To do this, after filtering your view, select the actions you want to work on
Once you have selected your items, a window will allow you to choose the operation you wish to perform.
Regarding the removal, you will be asked to confirm before the operation is carried out:
For modification actions, a window allows you to set the modification you wish to make (example below with the status):
Once validated, the operation will be applied to all selected actions.
Actions in Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) & Accountability
Accountability
We have supplemented the existing functionality, which only allowed an existing action to be attached to a document in the accountability, with the option of creating a new action attached to this document.
So now, after consulting a document, you can create a new action:

We have added a new action section to your impact analyses, enabling you to associate actions with your PIA and monitor them through our module:
New Business Filters
The new job views and the new associated filter system are appearing on your register module (to find out more about the job views).
We have also taken advantage of this new version to improve their behavior and to retain your filter preferences when you log out/log back in.
Application on processing record
Your business views available in the register:
- All processing (default view)
- My Processing
- My Processing to be completed
- Completion follow-up art30/extended
- Processing reviewed more than 1 year ago
- Shared processing
- Processing as manager
- Processing as subcontractor
This new feature in your record has been completed by several additional improvements based on your user feedback:
- Monitoring the completion of your processing
The “Completion rate” column previously showed the 2 completion rates, art.30 and extended. However, the art.30 completion rate was only visible when hovering over the line. We have separated the two completion rates into separate columns to allow you to easily work on monitoring the two rates. - New Draftors and Validators filters
Previously, only the manager filter was available. This filter did not allow the identification of the processes where the user was specifically an Editor or Validator. We have added two new filters to meet this need. - Addition of information relating to risk management
The sensitivity identified, the level of risk management and the number of actions taken are now available as columns in the register and as filters (only for the first 2)
Retention of your filter/column preferences on logout/relogin
Your customized views (filters and columns) are now saved after you log out and log back in, and complete your current browsing experience.
Corrective actions taken
[Processing] - Permission to “View processing in all directions"
The “View processing in all departments” permission was invalid when the user also belonged to a department. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Processing] - Translation - New data section
The “Expand all/Collapse all” element, which allows you to see the details of the data categories in the new section, was not translated into the different languages of the application. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Processing] - Sharing - Data typology
When processing was shared, the data typologies were not present on the receiving entity. This issue has been corrected in this version
[Questionnaire] - Search a questionnaire
A problem made the search for a questionnaire non-functional. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Actions] - Add a comment
It is now possible to add a comment to any action visible to the user.
[Actions] - Management of the deadline in the statutes Completed and Archived
There was an anomaly in the display of the deadline for an action when it had been set to Completed or Archived status. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Actions] - Related items Project sheets
When an action was linked to an old version of the project sheet, the link to the latter was not displayed when the action was consulted. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Actions] - History
The display of users deleted from the application in the action history was faulty. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Cartography] - Displaying data typology
The data typologies were not displayed by default when the cartography was consulted using an entry point via the processes. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Homepage] - My actions
On the home page, the counter for the number of actions in progress was based on the actions for which the user was assigned as manager and as observer, whereas the associated list of actions is based on the actions for which the user is assigned as manager only. The whole has been standardized on the basis of the assignment as manager. This adjustment is available in this new version.
[Homepage] - Information related to processing not available
Several users of our SecNumCloud environment have reported difficulties in displaying information related to processing on their application home page. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Privacy by Design] - Give an Opinion
Adding an opinion to a project sheet produced an unexpected error. This issue has been corrected in this version.
Analytics - Access to clickable links from the activity monitoring report
Access to the clickable links from the activity monitoring report was not functional. This issue has been corrected in this version.
