Summary
Actions Module
Following on from version 6.4, this new update brings a range of new features for our actions module. These include the history of actions, the possibility of downloading them in iCalendar format, and adding them to the Third Parties and Sites repositories.
We have also improved the display of actions assigned to you on the home page, as well as the list of actions linked to a business element. Stay tuned, as we will continue to enhance this module with new features based on your feedback, to make the management of your GDPR compliance even more optimal.
History of an action
Once you have consulted an action, you can access its history.
The history presents all the changes made to the status of the action and the elements of priority and impact:
Add an event to your Outlook or Google calendar, etc. (iCalendar format)
Would you like to include your reminders of actions to be taken on your GDPR compliance in your usual calendars? In this new version, we have added the iCalendar export feature for your actions (“Export in .ics format”).
The iCalendar format: The .ics (iCalendar) format is a universal calendar data exchange format that allows reminder notifications to be integrated into calendar management tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple iCalendar.
This is available from the list of your actions via the “more actions” icon (...).
Once the iCalendar file has been imported into your calendar, an appointment is added to your diary on the scheduled end date of your action. This contains its description as well as a link to the action configured in your DLD GDPR application.
Design review of the actions on the homepage
The display format on the home page of the actions assigned to you has been revised.
The 3 highest priority actions are now visible from your homepage.
In addition, a pictogram indicates the number of actions assigned to you that are still in progress. You can easily access the list of these by clicking on the item “--> My actions”.
Design Review of the list of actions applied to a business element
We have reworked and completed the display of the list of your actions associated with a business element (example below of actions associated with processing).
This view now has more details to allow you to visualize the essential information for managing your actions at a glance. It includes:
- The name of the action,
- The associated Tag(s),
- The person in charge,
- The number of days remaining before the deadline (or the number of days overdue, as the case may be),
- The priority and impact,
- The status of the action.
It is also possible to download the calendar reminder in iCalendar format (see ) via the “more actions” menu (...).

In line with version 6.4, we have applied our new principle of business view management (find out more) to your rights exercise request module.

Corrective actions taken
Accountability - Downloading of inherited documents not possible
It was not possible to download legacy documents from the accountability. This issue has been corrected in this version.
Privacy by Design - error deleting a project file
Deleting a Privacy by Design project sheet returned an error. This issue has been corrected in this version.
Processing - PDF export
A problem with the formatting of the PDF export arose when numerous person categories were present. This issue has been corrected in this version.
Software repositories - unable to add a value in the type field
The addition of a standard field in a software program returned an error. This issue has been corrected in this version.
Actions - Adding Managers / Observers
The behavior of the selection of Managers and/or the Observers has been improved in this version.
