Send a new activation link

How to resend a new activation link to a user whose account is inactive

To resend an activation link to a user whose account is inactive, go to the Privacy Cockpit menu at the top left.

Then select the entity to which your user is assigned.

In the Organisation menu on the left, click on Entity, then on User Access.

The list of users assigned to this entity will appear, along with the status of their account: Activated or Deactivated.

Click on the user to whom you wish to resend an activation link. Finally, click on Resend activation link.
