Summary
DLD AI Assistant - Processing creation
Processing creation - Suggestion of data typologies
In this new version, we have expanded the capabilities of our AI assistant in the context of the processing creation functionality.
In addition to all the other existing functionalities, our AI assistant now offers you a suggestion of data typologies based on the identified data categories.
This further enhances the completeness of your processing based on the simple context that you were initially able to define in your prompt.

Optimization of the assessment of the need to implement an impact analysis
We have also taken advantage of this new version to improve the functionality for assessing the need to carry out an impact assessment of our AI assistant when creating a processing operation.
This optimization allows you to determine more precisely whether an impact assessment is necessary for your personal data processing.
It relies on the different characteristics of the processing proposal made by the AI and assesses the potential risks to the rights and freedoms of the data subjects. Based on this assessment, the AI assistant provides you with a clearer recommendation on whether or not an impact assessment is necessary and the reasons behind this choice.
Follow our recommendations on writing your AI prompts carefully to obtain the most relevant results possible.
The AI assistant relies on your context (prompt) to make its recommendations. The more precise and detailed the context, the more accurate the analysis. To find out more: L'ASSISTANT IA DLD
Even if this functionality is very effective, we recommend that you check the information provided. This will enable you to ensure its relevance before adding it to your repositories and your processing.
Processing Record
Following your feedback on our new multi-entity processing register, we have made various improvements to enhance your user experience.
Display of all processing by default
Until now, only active processes were displayed when loading the multi-entity registry page. We have revised this display to offer you visibility on all processes, regardless of their status.
Filter by areas
The filter offered on domains in the multi-entity register only allowed filtering on the domains of the entity to which the user was connected. We have revised this behavior to allow filtering on all the domains of the entities to which the user has access.
Access to processing by another entity
From the multi-entity register, it is possible to access the processing sheet of the entity to which the user is connected. We have extended this functionality to all the processing present in the register, regardless of the entity to which it belongs. In the case of processing belonging to another entity, the processing sheet will open in a new tab in your browser.
New search fields available
In the registry table, we have supplemented the available search functions by adding various additional filters on cross-border flows. These elements will be supplemented in a future version by a set of additional filters on the fields of internal and external recipients as well as on security measures.
Corrective actions taken
Processing - Unable to update the Data tab
In some specific cases, it was impossible to save changes to the Data tab of a processing. This has been corrected in this version.
Multi-entity record
An anomaly prevented the download of the register in Excel and PDF format for several entities. This issue has been corrected in this version.
