GDPR
Analytics
Access to GDPR analytics has been revised and optimized to provide a better user experience.
From the Analytics menu (Piloting -> Analytics), you now have access to a single page grouping together the various Analytics available to you.
This page has several tabs allowing you to switch to the report you wish to consult.
We have also removed the Filter action that was present to dynamically update your reports as soon as you make a change to one of your filters.
In the reports available to you, your work entity is selected by default. You can add other entities to which you have access if you wish.
In the case of activity monitoring, the preselected period is the current month and can also be modified as you wish.
Privacy by Design
The default project form template has been updated for newly created entities. These now benefit from the project form, which allows processing to be pre-loaded.
For existing entities, it is possible to use the questionnaire template already made available in version 5.26 (new Privacy by Design questionnaire template).
Corrective actions taken
Actions - Attaching processing to an action
A problem affected the search for processing when you want to attach it to an action. This issue has been corrected in this version.
User Experience improvement
The position of the action Create an element of a repository from the display windows present in the processing has been standardized.
Anticorruption - Add a third-party
Double-clicking on the action Create a third party from the repository of third parties Anti-corruption resulted in the creation of two identical third parties. This issue has been corrected in this version.
