The "article 30 mode" becomes "standard mode"

To adapt to regulations beyond GDPR, the "article 30 mode" will now be referred to as "standard mode." Rest assured, its functionality remains unchanged.

Create a custom mode for managing your processing

This new feature allows you to create a custom mode based on the extended mode and include custom fields. You can add custom fields in each section of your processing and define which mode each entity must use. These new fields will also appear in Excel and PDF exports.

How to create a custom extended mode? Navigate to the "processing" tab and click the gear icon at the top right, select "modes", and then click "new extended mode".

When the creation modal appears, you can name the mode, assign a tag, and provide a description.

Once the custom mode is validated, add sections to the mode for both data controllers and processors and assign the entities allowed to use this custom extended mode.

For each processing subcategory (identification, purposes, data, etc.), you can add sections and custom fields. Choose the type of expected response for each field to suit your needs (text, date, number, dropdown list). This operates similarly to the questionnaire feature.

 After adding sections and custom fields, you can modify, delete, or move them as needed.

Once setup is complete, click "publish" at the top right. Your custom mode will then be available across all assigned entities. 🎉

Note: Any modification made to the custom mode will affect all processing using this mode.

Fixes

[Record] - Error when downloading in PDF format

It is now possible to download the register in PDF format, both in Article 30 mode (Standard Mode) and Extended mode.

[Processing > Data Subject Rights] - Unable to add a document

Adding documents at the "data subject rights" step of processing is now functional.

[Entity > Legal Entity] - Unable to add a logo

Users can now successfully upload a logo for a legal entity in the "entity" tab.

[Third-Party Repository] - Blank page when opening some third parties

Opening certain third-party records in the repository, after adding a data category, now works correctly.

[Privacy by Design] - Unable to attach a document

Users can now successfully attach documents when responding to a questionnaire.

[Privacy by Design] - Error message after project manager modifies responses

The error message that appeared when the project manager modified responses has been resolved, ensuring proper notifications and updated statuses.

[Client Admin] - Issue with role assignment

Assigning roles to a user now works properly in all cases.
