New feature: XLS export of campaign responses

You can now export all responses from a questionnaire campaign (excluding file uploads) for all other question types (text, number, date, single choice, multiple choice, etc.) into an XLS file. This feature is designed to simplify result analysis and facilitate sharing with external stakeholders.

What’s included:

  • One-click export: A new button “Export all responses (XLS)” is available in the response list view of a campaign, under the “3 dots” menu.

  • Export content:

    • One row per response

    • One column per question (title only, without description)

    • All data grouped into a single sheet

  • Language handling:
    • Questions are exported in the questionnaire’s default language

    • Responses are exported in the respondent’s language

  • Respected filters:
    • The export takes into account any filters applied in the view (name, status, review, etc.)

Bug Fixes

  • [Cartography] – Crash on opening: Fixed a crash that occurred when opening the data mapping module in specific cases.
