Summary

New version of your GDPR and Anticorruption navigation menus

We are pleased to present the new version of your GDPR and Anti-Corruption navigation menus, specially designed to enhance your experience in managing your compliance.

Our team has been working over the last few weeks to rethink your entire navigation experience, making it smoother and more intuitive through these new menus.

What are the main new features and benefits of this upgrade?

Consolidation of your compliance management modules.

  • Compliance hub for the DPO/Compliance Officer: Your main compliance modules are now grouped together in a dedicated section.

The new tree structure reflects your compliance approach.

Each of the proposed sections consolidates the main themes of your GDPR/anticorruption compliance management:

  • Compliance hub,
  • Activity management,
  • Organization and Repositories management,
  • Support tools (e-learning, resources)

Facilitate user onboarding and product adoption:

This new menu organization highlights the modules in which you are most involved as a data protection/anti-corruption operational.

With a menu hierarchy focused on the operational side, training your users becomes easier as the most relevant modules are highlighted, while configuration modules are positioned in the background.

An enhanced user experience

We have taken the opportunity of this redesign to offer you a number of new features to make your application easier to use on a daily basis:

  • Create personalized shortcuts for easy access to your favorite sections

You now have the option of placing the menu entries you use most frequently as shortcuts at the top of the page.

To do so, simply hover your mouse over the menu entry you wish to add as a shortcut and click on the "Add to shortcuts" action.

Your menu item now appears in the list of shortcuts at the top of the page:

You can customize the shortcut list by rearranging items as you see fit. Simply drag and drop them to place them where you like.

  • Reduce menu for a more immersive experience.

By using the "Reduce menu" option, you can free up space and optimize your interface, especially if you're using a low-resolution screen.

With this configuration, the menu always remains accessible. It simply unfolds when you hover over the empty space on the left of your screen.

We hope these enhancements will make your RGPD compliance management experience even smoother and more efficient. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us to continue improving our solution, so don't hesitate to contribute via our feedback portal.

Processings Import

In this new version, we are offering a new function for importing your treatments, to make it easier for you to transfer your processings from an Excel file.

This feature, available on request from our CSMs, enables you to integrate your processings in article 30 mode, using an import file template that we make available to you.
