New Features in the "Campaigns" Module
- Delete an individual response: You can now delete a questionnaire response — for instance, in case of a mistake or duplicate submission.
- Delete an entire campaign: It’s also possible to delete a campaign entirely, either before or after it’s been sent. This will remove all associated metadata (status, recipients, responses, etc.).
- Close and reopen a campaign: You can manually close a campaign to stop receiving new responses — and reopen it at any time to allow recipients to submit again.
- Archive a campaign: You can now archive campaigns to clean up your dashboard. Archived campaigns remain accessible but are hidden from main views.
Why these changes?
These features are designed to help you:
-
Stay in control of the responses you collect
-
Clean up obsolete or incorrect data
-
Secure your campaigns in case of misconfiguration or recipient errors
-
Make your campaign history easier to read and manage
Permissions required: Only users with access to the Campaigns module and the appropriate permissions ("Delete campaign" and/or "Delete response") can use these new features.
All delete/archive actions are confirmed with a warning message to avoid accidental changes.
Improvements to the Third Parties Import File
To help you better understand and successfully complete your third-party imports, we've made several updates to make the process smoother, more reliable, and easier to follow.
New "Instructions" tab added to the import template
The import file now includes a dedicated Instructions tab with:
-
Clear descriptions of all expected columns
-
Format examples for each field
-
Required field indications
-
Tips to avoid common mistakes
Bug fixes
-
[Processings] Data save issue
Changes made to a processing record were not being saved correctly. This has been fixed. -
[Third Parties in processing] Creation and linking issue
A newly created third party could not be selected within a processing. This is now resolved. -
[Processings] Crash when opening
A technical error caused a crash when opening some processings. This issue is now resolved. -
[Processing Templates] Update not applied
Updates made to a processing based on a template were not reflected correctly. The expected behavior has been restored. -
[Data Subject Requests] Residual document link
Deleting a document from a DSR request left a residual link that prevented full deletion. This bug has been fixed. -
[Third Party repository] Add/remove issues
Adding or deleting a third party failed in certain configurations. This has been fixed. - [Record] Incomplete export
When exporting shared processings, some third parties were missing if the user’s entity didn’t have visibility on them. The export now includes them. - [Record] Data Category search not working
Searching by Data Categories in the register yielded no results. The filter is now functional again. - [Repositories] Unable to delete unused domain
Some unused repository domains could not be deleted. This issue has been fixed.
