Redesign of the Third Party repository 

We are rolling out the new Third-Party Repository.
Key improvements include a refreshed design aligned with our latest UI standards, as well as performance enhancements.
You’ll find all previously available features, along with new ones to come in the next update.

Information related to third parties is now clearer and better structured, organized into five main sections:

• General information related to the third party
  

• Compliance-related information 

• Addresses associated to the third party

Additionally, it is still possible to:

• Fill in third-party information using the edit mode of the third-party profile.

• Add documents 

• View processing activities linked to the third party

• Add actions and action plans

Bug fixes

• [Third-Party Repository] – Incomplete export: Some data was missing from the third-party repository export.
• [Analytics] – Tracking stopped at July 2025: The activity table would not display data beyond July, even when a later date was selected.
• [Processing] – Duplication blocked: The “Duplicate” button remained stuck in a loading state.
• [Data Breaches] – Poorly formatted PDF: Missing spaces in the data breach export PDF have been corrected.
• [Processing] – Incorrect notification recipients: Validation notifications were sent to drafters instead of validators.
• [Processing] – Bulk addition of validators failed: The bulk validator addition feature was not functioning properly.
• [Processing/Templates] – Update not applied: Changes made to a deployed processing were not being reflected.
• [Data Category] – Description not editable: The description field could not be edited when no default language was set.
• [Entity] – Entity creation failed: An error occurred when creating an entity from a client template.
• [Processing Template] – Crash on security measures: A technical error occurred when accessing the security measures step.
• [Administration] – Missing PIA drafter: Some users did not appear in the list of possible PIA drafters.
• [PIA] – Page size mismanaged: Long answers caused the page length to become excessively large.
