Multilingual questionnaires


You can now create and deploy questionnaires in multiple languages, providing a smooth and personalized experience for every user.

What are the benefits for you?

  • Reach a global audience: Make your questionnaires available in multiple languages to better engage with international teams and partners.
  • Offer a seamless experience: Users can now answer in their preferred language, improving clarity, response quality, and overall engagement.
  • Save time managing translations: Easily add, edit, or import translations through the interface or Excel file.

How to use this new feature?

1️⃣  Go to the questionnaire module – a new “Translations” tab is now available

2️⃣ Choose the default language for your questionnaire

3️⃣ Select the additional languages you want to offer

4️⃣ Translate your questionnaire either by importing translations directly or using the AI-assisted translation tool

Bulk status update for processing activities 

You can now change the status of multiple processing activities at once, simplifying and speeding up your data management workflows. 

 

Bug fixes


[Data Subject Category] – Error when editing
An error was preventing edits to a data subject category. This issue has been fixed.


[Data Category] – Missing from processing
A data category linked to a processing was not displaying as expected. This issue has been resolved.


[Record] – Error when opening the page
A generic error page (“Oops”) appeared when accessing the record in some cases. The bug has been fixed.


[Purposes] – Unable to edit
Editing a purpose was blocked by an error. This functionality now works properly again.


[Access] – Missing entity for user
A user was unable to see an entity they had access to. The display now correctly reflects access rights.
