This new version includes the ordering of your purposes within your processings, as well as new improvements for your use of processing models.

Summary
Processing - Purposes ordering
A new feature has been added to your processings.
You can now reorganise the purposes according to your priorities.
To adjust the order, simply drag and drop each purpose to the desired position in the list.
This flexibility allows you to adapt the presentation of your purposes for better visibility and more intuitive monitoring of the objectives of each processing.
Processing templates - Restricted mode - Processing updates
With this release, we are preparing the implementation of a new functionality that will complete the options for updating your processing linked to restricted templates.
In the current version, any update made from your restricted template requires the intervention and validation of the person responsible for each processing.
In the very near future, we will be introducing an option enabling the template manager to apply these updates directly to the associated processing.
So when you apply an update to your template, you'll see a new interface with two update options.
For the moment, only the existing option, requiring approval from the processing managers, will be available.
From the next version, the 2 options will be active and you will be able to apply changes to your processing directly from the template.
In this new interface, a field entitled ‘Remarks’ has been added, giving you the option of notifying processing managers of changes made to the template:
A new update notification has also been added to inform processing Editors and Validators of the revisions made. This notification encourages them to approve these changes, enabling them to be applied to the processing concerned.
Corrective actions taken
[Processing] - Affected departments
It was possible to access the processing of another department using the data subject categories present in the processing. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Processing] - New processing
The search for a department when creating a processing did not return any values. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Processing] - List of purposes in XLS export
In some cases, the list of purposes of the XLS export differed from that of the processing. This issue has been corrected in this version.
[Processing Templates] - Updating a data category in a restricted template
Processing update information from a restricted template did not correctly reflect the addition of a new data category from the template. The visual rendering has been updated and this issue has been corrected in this version.
