What's new in version 6.15 ?

A new version focused on improving your user experience, with a host of new features to optimize your journey and navigation within the application.

These features will be available from Wednesday September 25, 2024 - 7pm (to be confirmed)

 Sommaire

Decommissioning of the old version of the Processing Data section

As of October 15, the old version of the Processing Data section will be decommissioned.

After several months of effort to deploy and consolidate this new interface, we have decided to extend its use to all our customers.

Many customers have already migrated their Processing to this new section, benefiting from an optimized interface and a better experience of managing their Processing data.

For those who haven't yet done so, you have until now had the opportunity to test and familiarize yourself with this new section.

As of October 15, the old version will no longer be accessible and all your Processing will automatically use the new interface.

Processings - Recommendations on the rights of individuals in relation to legal basis

This new version is an opportunity to provide you with further support in building your data processing register.

Depending on the legal basis for your processing, we will propose a set of recommendations on the rights of data subjects applicable to this processing.

These recommendations are based on the standard cases identified by the supervisory authority. You will be able to disregard them if your processing falls within one of the exceptions.

AI Assistant -  GPT4-o rollout

GPT4-o has now been rolled out to all our customers.

What differences can we expect?

Be reassured, from the point of view of security and confidentiality, there are no changes!

We continue to host our services in France. Our AI Assistant uses the GPT AI system, provided by OpenAI and hosted on Azure, in France.

The confidentiality of your data is our priority. The information you enter into the solution is strictly accessible only by you. No other organization using DLD has access to your data.

The main benefit is a significant improvement in performance, while maintaining optimum rendering quality.

Thanks to the GPT4-o engine, the AI assistant is now able to generate a processing in less than 30 seconds, offering three times the performance of the previous GPT4 engine.

Processing/Databreaches - New anchors navigation system

We've added a quick navigation menu to the Processing and databreach pages. This new menu, located on the right-hand side of the screen, allows you to navigate efficiently between the different sections of the page, thanks to a system of clickable anchors.

  • More intuitive navigation: you can now directly access any section of the page without having to scroll.
  • Direct access to the information you're looking for: find the element or section you want right away.
  • A clearer structure and content: The page's organization is materialized through this menu, making the structure more legible and facilitating understanding of the information available.

Processings - Third parties, Softwares, Sites, Hardwares interaction

In this new version, we have continued to enhance the user interface to make processing easier to learn and use.

From now on, you can access information on Third Parties, Software, Sites and Hardware associated with your processing directly from the Recipients (External) and Security Measures pages, without being redirected to the repository.

By clicking on the “info” icon, a window will open giving access to information about the Third Party, Software, Site or Hardware concerned.

You can stay focused on creating or consulting your Processing while easily accessing the corresponding repository via the link at the top of the window. This feature allows you to be more efficient in your work by having access to the main information with a single click.

We have also enhanced the various consultation windows with the display of items linked to the object consulted. This means you can find all the processing operations linked to the same software, as well as the data categories attached to it. This feature has been deployed for all repository elements associated with Processing.

Data categories  - Name and Sensitivity level sorting

Sorting functionality based on name and sensitivity level has been added to the data categories repository.

Correctives actions taken

[Privacy by Design] - security measures not kept when a Processing is created

When creating a processing from a Privacy by Design project file, the security measures described in the project file were not included in the Processing. This issue has been corrected in this version.

[Data subject rights] - Email notification following a message sent via the thread

The notification received by the requester did not take into consideration the personalization of the respondent's name set in the module's configuration. This issue has been corrected in this version.

[Action] - Sort on action name from action list

Sorting on the action name could result in an error message. This issue has been corrected in this version.

[Repository] - Unable to delete a data category related to Processing

It was impossible to delete a data category when it was associated with a Processing whose status was “validated”, “under review” or “review under validation”. This issue has been corrected in this version.

[PIA] - Action plan - list of managers empty

In the Action Plan section of the PIA, the list of managers was in some cases empty. This issue has been corrected in this version.

When deactivating Processing, it was impossible to make the information window disappear. This issue has been corrected in this version.
