This new version offers you two new features relating to the modules for requesting the exercise of rights and questionnaires:
Data Subject Request - Duplication of email templates to other entities
When your organization has several entities, you can now deploy your email templates to all of your entities using our duplication feature.
This action is available from the management of your email templates for requests to exercise rights, in the “more action” button of each of your templates.
When you select this action, a window will appear, asking you to choose the entities to which this template will be duplicated.
The email template will then be duplicated in the selected entities, which can use it in their workflow for managing legal claims.
During duplication, the default signature of the receiving entity is applied to the duplicated template. It will be possible for the receiving entity to modify it once duplication is complete.
Customization of emails in the Privacy by Design and Questionnaires modules
We have added the Questionnaires and Privacy by Design modules to our email customization editor, enabling you to use a rich text format in which you will find the main features of your favorite text editor (bold/italic/underline formatting, colors, bulleted lists, etc.).
Corrective actions taken
Questionnaires - Security Measures question
The single choice option is available in the Security measurement framework question settings. As it does not present any real functional consistency and causes an anomaly when the question is displayed in a questionnaire, we have removed this single choice option and only offer the multiple choice option for this type of question.
Sites repository - Timeout while loading the repository
An anomaly caused the loading time of the site directory to be abnormally long for some clients. This issue has been corrected in this version.
Questionnaires - Campaign Management
The status of the response no longer appeared in the campaign management. This issue has been corrected in this version.
History - New year displaying
At the turn of the year, the time information in the application's history switched to the previous year (e.g. an action carried out on 12/10/2023 was displayed with the information from 1 year ago instead of 1 month ago). This issue has been corrected in this version.
Documentation - Date format
When the application was used in a language other than French, the document date format was not updated. This issue has been corrected in this version.
