Bulk update of drafters and validators


A new bulk action is now available in the processing list:
You can update the drafters and validators assigned to several processings all at once.

Apply the right roles to the right people in just a few clicks — even across a large number of records!

📌 How does it work?

  1. Go to the processing list

  2. Select the relevant processings

  3. Click “Edit”

  4. Choose the action “Update drafters/validators”

  5. Select the new users and confirm — done!

 

News now also available in English


The News tab just got an upgrade: you’ll now find some content published in English!
This is the first step toward offering multilingual updates in the near future.

Bug fixes 


  • [Processing] - Unable to trigger a review
    A bug was preventing users from triggering the review process for a processing. This has now been fixed.

  • [Record] - PDF export not working
    The PDF export feature for the Record module was failing in some cases. The issue has been resolved.

  • [Processing] - Crash when accessing “Third Parties” step
    An invalid data entry caused a crash when opening the “Third Parties” step in some processings. The display now loads correctly.

  • [Entity] - Unable to edit assigned direction names
    A bug was blocking updates to direction names in the entity settings. This is now fixed.

  • [Processing with custom fields] - Can’t select a value in a custom field
    Some users were unable to select values in custom fields. The problem has now been resolved.

  • [Privacy by Design] - Permalink to questionnaire not working
    In certain cases, the link to access a PbD questionnaire wasn't functioning. It’s now working as expected.

  • [Privacy by Design] - Unable to convert project sheet into processing
    The conversion from a PbD project to a processing was failing for some users. The issue has been fixed.
