The GDPR software includes 6 repositories that allow you to enter and save information of various types, and to easily retrieve it for use in processing activities or for other purposes.
While all the repositories are designed according to the same principle, the amount of information you can enter varies. For instance, the software repository contains several tabs that allow you to enter a wide range of information, whereas adding an area to the areas repository simply consists in entering a name.

Bulk Import/Export: you can import multiple entries using an Excel file, and export single entries or the entire repository to pdf.

Sharing: parent organizations can share their repositories with their subsidiaries.

Creation on the fly: you don’t have to create the repository entry before you create the processing activity. You can create it directly via the processing pages.
