In this article, we will guide you through the process of integrating a form into your websites: this form will allow you to retrieve your requests to exercise your rights directly in Privacy Cockpit.
Step 1: Customization options
- Contact your dedicated CSM, who will send you the configuration file for the form to request the exercise of rights.
- Customize the form according to your graphic charter and your confidentiality policy. The following elements can be customized:
- Logo.
- Desired languages (available languages: French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Polish, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian).
- Text on the sidebar of the form: the text displayed on the left of the form for requesting the exercise of rights.
- Reference field: additional field. It is possible to modify the title or not to display it.
- Link to your privacy policy.
- Colors: color of the form, texts, buttons, side panel, etc. (cf. configuration file sent by your CSM).
- Confirmation message: message displayed when the applicant submits their request via the form.

Step 2 : Form design by our team
Once the configuration file has been sent, we can start to customize your form.
Once the development is complete, your dedicated CSM will get back to you with the link to be integrated into your website.
Step 3 : Add a button or link to call up the form
Add a button or a link that will allow the form to be opened on your website.
