Edit user permissions

This article explains how to change an individual user’s permissions in a single entity.

Notes: To set all users' roles and permissions in your entities, we recommend using the roles feature.

This article aims to edit the user's roles in the current entity. To simultaneously edit the user's permissions in several entities, see Set up users and roles.

 

To adjust a user's permissions:

  1. In the sidebar, click Entity > User access.

    The list of current users in the entity opens.

  2. Select a user.

  3. In the right window, click the Permissions tab.

    The number of permissions assigned to the user is displayed. Permissions are arranged by category.
  4. To expand a permissions category, click the down arrow DownSquare.
  5. Activate or deactivate the desired permission.
